Tenants here is an unfortunate story I'd like all to avoid.  Please be sure to ONLY allow bio-material and simple toilet tissue down drains and flush.  Baby Wipes should NEVER be disposed of by flushing.  One unfortunte tenant did and the main finally got plugged and backed up into their basement.  Now and because they did not follow the rules they are responsible for over $1,200 of repairs and clean up.  Let's work together to avoid this.  And please report all concerns so we may address any issues.

Reminder.  All of our service folks are usually several days out for calls.  Even emergency situations can take a day to get to.
